Very friendly staff also the cleaning staff very kind. Super clean apartment. Perfect location of the apartment. From the beginning the staff was very kind and answered all my questions in detail. They always tried to help me in every way. It was my first time in Seville and I can say that everything was magical. I recommend everyone to stay here, especially for the friendliness and cleanliness. When you enter the apartment everything is extremely clean. You have everything available. Bathrobe, towels, sheets, duvet and all super scented. If you need pans, forks, knives.. there is everything. Unique! Saluti dall'Italia :)

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building which is in a quiet area. Handy for the bus station but a 15 minute walk to many of the visitor attraction's and to the better areas for eating. The apartment benefitted from a private terrace, in addition to a communal area on the roof. Staff were pleasant and helpful - there is a manned reception area for a few hours every day. Beds were comfortable and our bedroom was a quiet.

The studio was very clean, with a king-size bed and a very comfortable mattress. Kitchen equipment was available for use, staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. The location was also very good, walking distance to loads of cafes and restaurants with a supermarket very close to the accommodation. It was also very close to a bus stop for a bus that goes to the airport.

Tartaroon

Check in was seamless. We were in a room which was accessed next to reception, which meant it was 'slightly' noisier than usual, but not an issue. It was slightly odd to leave your room and be immediately greeted by the desk and other guests checking in and out. Hotel location is great, near a few shops to get supplies for cooking and to travel into the centre.

Great location to get to all the attractions. It was Holy Week whilst there, so plenty to see and do. Apartment was as described, was very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent
